Advertising is the most important way of increasing the sales of a product. It is an indispensable part of nearly all the marketing campaigns run around the world. If you observe history you would realize that every other decade, a new idea revolutionises the way things are done. Google Adwords was one such revolution in the field of advertisement. It was an extension of the search engine Google. Its founders were looking for a way to make it a profit making venture and this idea delivered the solution. Thus, he can focus more on what he wants and does not get bullied into seeing other content. All the campaigns can be tracked to the smallest detail of who clicked which advertisement from where. The advertiser can track their investment to the last penny. Until Google Adwords came along, the advertisers depended heavily on the publisher's help on tracking the effectiveness of the campaign. Because of the above factors, everybody is happy, including the seller and the buyer.
